Delicate meandering threads,

Embellished fabric with intertwining patterns. 

Sid Dickens is a Canadian artist based in Vancouver who has been creating memory blocks since 1994. Each block is handmade using wood block and porcelain-like plaster. He brings out two new collections of tiles each year and simultaneously retires some, destroying the mould so they are never made again therefore making them collectable and sought after.

Great addition to my collection!

This block recently retired so I wanted to get a copy before it sells out with the retailers. I’m so glad I did. The intricate details and patterns all over the block are quite exquisite. I’m happy to include it in my collection. The online ordering process was easy peasy. Within 24 hrs I received an email letting me know my purchase was ready for pick-up. The service at Belle de Provence can’t be beat. I ordered another block while I was there!
