how unpredictable the game

of love can be.

Sid Dickens is a Canadian artist based in Vancouver who has been creating memory blocks since 1994. Each block is handmade using wood block and porcelain-like plaster. He brings out two new collections of tiles each year and simultaneously retires some, destroying the mould so they are never made again therefore making them collectable and sought after.

Size: 20 cm x 15 cm

LOVE, LOVE

We just LOVE, Sid Dickens' Memory Block Tile called "LOVE" which we recently purchased !!! We have been collecting Sid Dickens' artistic tiles for years. Every Valentine's Day, starting about ten years ago, we've bought a tile to add to our collection. We hope Sid continues with his heart images and continues to feature aspects of iconic international landmarks in his library. The more three-dimensional the tiles are, the more we appreciate their beauty. Our goal is to one day have a full wall of tiles reflecting the journey and nuances of our lives. Thanks Sid.
