Shipping and Returns

We offer shipping to locations within Canada & the United States as follows:

CANADA:  via FedEx or Canada Post*

ON - $16.00 flat rate shipping

PQ - $17.00 flat rate shipping

Zone A - AB, BC, SK, MB, NB, NS, PEI - $21.00 flat rate shipping 

Zone B - NL, NU, NWT, YK - $28.00 flat rate shipping. 

*Note: Shipping to remote regions will be completed by Canada Post (i.e Northern Ontario, Northern Prairies, Northern BC & the Territories) 

UNITED STATES:  

NATIONWIDE (Excluding HI) - $30.00 CAD flat rate shipping.

Delivery is usually 10-14 days but may be delayed by customs clearance. 

When you place an order from our Canadian store to the U.S., applicable import duties, tariffs, and taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.
This ensures that your order arrives without any unexpected fees from customs.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notification.

Your signature may be required for delivery of your order. 

Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and related expenses resulting from incorrect address entry, refused delivery, or cancelling orders after the order has shipped. 

Returns:

Your order was packed with great care and attention to detail. Any damages should be reported and claimed immediately to the carrier as well as contacting us with an image of the damaged product at bayview@belledeprovence.com. 

Our site is aimed at customers who are familiar with the brands that we offer for sale. Due to the personal nature of these products and to ensure your safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any items. Please check your selection carefully prior to placing your order.

 

Right of Withdrawal for European Union Consumers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Cost of Return Shipping
Please note that you, the consumer, must bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our boutique in Canada as well as all customs and duties charges. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind withdrawals. All returns must be sent via a trackable, insured mail service.
Exemptions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  1. The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (including but not limited to unsealed soaps, lotions, body creams, and personal bath products).
  2. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
We reserve the right to withhold your refund until we have received the goods back.
